I understand and acknowledge that skiing, snowboarding, and other alpine activities involve many risks, dangers, and hazards. I hereby unconditionally release from any and all liability and agree not to sue, to indemnify and hold harmless Kvett Sports Inc, their representatives, agents, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, and employees (collectively hereinafter "Ski Universe") of and from any claims, demands, actions for damage, personal injury or death to myself, or to any person or property, arising out of, or in connection in any way with my participation with the sports of skiing, snowboarding, or any other alpine activities with equipment or accessories purchased from Ski Universe.

We disclaim all representations or warranties, express or implied, made to you or any other person, including without limitation, any warranties regarding quality, suitability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise of any services or any goods provided, as allowed by law.

So far as permitted by law, Ski Universe shall not be liable to any user of this website or third party for any claims, damages, costs, losses, expenses or liabilities whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with or related to the use of this website or the information on it.

With respect to documents available from this server, neither Ski Universe or any Contributors, makes any warranty, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, or assumes any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, apparatus, product, or process disclosed, or represents that its use would not infringe privately owned rights. We 'do our best' to provide useful information, however, we make absolutely no guarantees as to the currency, accuracy, or quality of information we publish.

I have read and I understand this agreement and all of its terms. I am entering into this agreement freely and voluntarily and I agree that it is and shall be binding on me, my heirs, assigns and legal representatives. I understand that I am entering into a legally binding sales contract with an explicit stipulation not to sue Ski Universe except for gross negligence and intentional misconduct. I further agree that any claim or suit that I may bring for any reason against Ski Universe shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the state or federal court in the state in which Ski Universe is located and no other jurisdiction and shall be governed by the laws of that state. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable by a court of law, all other parts of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
