International orders: All Customs forms are completed electronically; items are declared as merchandise and values are declared at final sales price, without exception. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please use the shipping calculator found on each item page for carrier, service, and rates.
Peak Season (early November through the end of March):
Packages ship daily Monday through Friday
Late or Off-Season (April through October):
Packages ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
This schedule guarantees that your package will ship the same or next business day during peak season, and within 2 business days during the remainder of the year.
Scenario: You placed your order between Friday 10:00 am and the following Monday 10:00 am, your package ships on Monday.
Please review the FedEx Ground Estimated Delivery Times for your area. A business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or the day the package is collected (shipping day).
Example: Your package is shipped on Monday to an address within the 2 Day delivery area; your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.

Please note that Ground delivery estimates are not guaranteed, whereas FedEx does guarantee Express shipments within 2 days. FedEx Ground estimated delivery times may be slightly delayed during the holiday season, however, we have found this to be the exception.
Tracking is available for FedEx Ground/ Express packages only. Your tracking number is contained within the shipping notification email (Subject: Your item has been shipped for Item #) in your inbox (or junk mail folder).

All shipments are 100% insured during transit only; it is now standard carrier practice for packages to be left at the delivery address even in the absence of the recipient, so please arrange to receive your package.
*We welcome you to leave instructions for package placement (i.e. behind the gate) for the carrier in the notes section of your payment. We print this note in large, red letters on your label, but barring that cannot guarantee the follow-through on the carrier’s part.
