In addition to our 30-day refund policy, we offer an unprecedented 1 year guarantee against manufacturer's defects. The extended warranty does not include damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse of equipment (terrain parks, cliff-jumping, etc.). All refunds/ exchanges are subject to approval. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for equipment evaluation.

Please note that bank checks and eChecks do not ship until funds clear.Packaging: We purchase custom-made corrugated cardboard boxes (70% post-consumer material) and buffer the ends with newsprint for safe shipping
